世界拳击冠军和萨兰加尼议员代表曼尼帕奎奥周一说，他期待已久的与美国不败拳王弗洛伊德.梅威瑟的交易几乎快达成了。

梅威瑟还没有同意条款,他驳斥了帕奎奥已单方面签署合同的报告。梅威瑟在纽约麦迪逊广场的NBA全明星赛上告诉记者说；我还没有签署，他也尚未签署。这只是猜测和传言。但是希望我们能让战斗发生。

在马尼拉众议院的帕奎奥告诉记者，证实他已同意梅威瑟所有的的要求包括药物测试。他说他同意所有的严格的药检的要求，这也是2009年谈判被取消的主要原因，帕奎奥此前反对药物测试协议。

帕奎奥说；我们快达成了……我同意他们的要求。事实上，我还要求合同中加一项对药物测试失败者进行500万美元罚款的条款。拟议的合同中没有复赛条款，就像是一场一夜情。

帕奎奥还说，他会让组织者和推广人宣布这场大赛的全部细节。预计它将于5月2日在拉斯维加斯米高梅举行。



MANILA -- Eight-division world boxing champion and Sarangani Representative Manny Pacquiao said Monday that his long-awaited match with undefeated American Floyd Mayweather Jr. is almost a done deal.
Mayweather has not yet agreed to the terms as he refuted reports that all has been set.
“I haven’t signed yet and he hasn’t signed yet. It’s just speculations and rumors. But hopefully, we can make the fight happen,” he said in an interview during the 2015 NBA All-Star game at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
In Manila, Pacquiao confirmed that he has agreed to all the demands of the flamboyant American fighter including drug testing.
“We’re almost there...I have agreed to all their demands,” Pacquiao told reporters at the House of Representatives.
He said there is no problem for him to ** the stringent drug testing demanded by Mayweather, which was the main reason why the negotiation for the fight was called off in 2009.
Pacquiao previously objected to the drug testing protocol.
The Sarangani lawmaker said that he has also requested to insert a provision in the fight contract that will impose a huge fine if one of them tested positive for any illegal substance before and after the bout.
“In fact, it was me who requested that the contract include a $5-million fine for anyone who would fail the drug test,” he said.
Mayweather’s camp had accused the Filipino fighter of using performance enhancing drug (PED), which has yet to be proven.
Pacquiao said that he will let the organizers and promoters to announce the full details of the mega bout expected to be held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on May 2 if a deal is a finalized.
“Let us give them the honor of announcing the fight,” Pacquiao said.
Pacquiao said it would be hard to predict whether the fight would end early or go the distance.
“It would be an interesting fight,” he said.
And it will only be a one-night affair as Pacquiao said the proposed contract has no rematch clause. (Sunnex)

我觉得对小梅这样地位级别的拳手，全胜退役是无比巨大的荣誉。所以我揣测全胜退役和票房预期是小梅考量的最重要的两点要素
再有，就是可选的备胎也不多，有票房有悬念的对手危险也不会低，毕竟小梅的年龄在那里。年轻的卡汗，更年轻的瑟曼，那个不是速度快技术好，泥塘子翻船还不如打高票房同样年龄的小帕性价比好
