المندوب الروسي لبن جاسم: إذا تكلمت معي بهذه النبرة لن يكون هناك شيء اسمه قطر

في تسجيل بثته القناة الفرنسية "2" لحوار دار بين مندوب روسيا في مجلس الأمن فيتالي تشوركين ورئيس وزراء قطر ووزير خارجيتها حمد بن جاسم، حيث وجه بن جاسم الكلام لمندوب روسيا قائلا: أحذرك من اتخاذ أي فيتو بخصوص الأزمة في سوريا، فعلى روسيا أن توافق القرار وإلا فإنها ستخسر كل الدول العربية. فرد الروسي بكل هدوء أعصاب: إذا عدت لتتكلم معي بهذه النبرة مرة أخرى، لن يكون هناك شيء اسمه قطر بعد اليوم.
وهاجم المندوب الروسي في مجلس الأمن فيتالي تشوركين، رئيس الوزراء القطري ووزير الخارجية حمد بن جاسم، خلال جلسة مجلس الأمن، المتعلقة بسوريا ليلة السبت الأحد.

وخاطب تشوركين رئيس وزراء قطر قائلا: أنت ضيف ِعلى مجلس الأمن فاحترم نفسك وعد لحجمك وأنا أساسا لا أتحدث معك أنا أتحدث باسم روسيا العظمى مع الكبار فقط.

واستخدمت روسيا والصين حق النقض "الفيتو" في مجلس الأمن لإحباط مشروع قرار يدين القمع في سوريا. وبرر تشوركين استخدام بلاده للفيتو ضد القرار، بأن مشروع القرار حول سوريا "لم يكن متوازنا".

وقال تشوركين: إن النص "يدعو الى تغيير النظام مشجعا المعارضة على السعي للسيطرة على السلطة" ويوجه "رسالة غير متوازنة إلى الطرفين" النظام والمعارضة مؤكدا أنه "لم يكن يعكس واقع الوضع في سوريا".

وأشار تشوركين إلى بعض التعديلات التي طالبت موسكو بإدخالها على النص في اللحظة الأخيرة، واتهم الغربيين بعدم ابداء "مرونة" في المفاوضات.
