     关于3.13帕奎奥开始答应的草拟合同里“最严格的检验”，是拳外可谈判定夺的问题，不属于拳圈内的“免释性惯例”。在谈判中惯例不需解释，行内公认，如贸易中的FOB.非惯例必须详注条款，以免事后产生纠纷和不必要的损失。
     这是谈判和签约、履约中的规矩，帕没有拒绝过血检，是规内的讨价还价。
