Crowley continues to come forward and Abdukakhorov tries to meet him with big shots, then lands a hook to the head. Crowley blocks a shot and then comes forward but can't keep Abdukakhorov cornered. Crowley eats a right hook to the bod, then another moments later. Crowley lands his own right hook now but Abdukakhorov is able to escape the ropes for the moment. Crowley throws a combination now as he continues to for Abdukakhoroc to the ropes. Right hook partially lands for Crowley, then a left hand. Now Abdukakhorov lands a looping left. Right hook lands for Crowley upstairs.

Crowley leads with the first punch and Abdukakhorov tries to counter. Crowley continues to outpace Abdukakhorov and Abdukhahorov hasn't found a way to do anything about it. Crowley lands a nice body shot, Abdukakhorov looks for space to move along the ropes. Left lands upstairs for Crowley. Abdukakhorov doesn't look like he's got much left in the tank and is just trying to conserve what he can to make it out of this fight. Right hook lands upstairs for Crowley.

DONAIRE vs GABALLO: Round 1

Donaire jabs to the body but misses. Gaballo tries to loop a right hook upstairs but it's blocked. Donaire feints as he tries to probe forward. Two punches come from Gaballo but don't land clean. Now Donaire throws a big hook that doesn't land clean. Right hand lead scores well for Donaire. Donaire lands another lead right that snaps Gaballo's head. Donaire geints with his feet and slips a jab from Gaballo. Both fighters excahnge but neither land clean. Gaballo throws a quick combination but doesn't land much contact. Donaire misses on his left hook aimed at the head. I think Donaire's right hand was the best punch of the round.
