Anderson vs Martin R9

Anderson with a nice little counter left in the first minute. Control is his. Martin hasn't had any real success leading since that fifth round where he was really good. Anderson has made adjustments and done well. Anderson back southpaw, right hook to the ribs. Good chopping hook-jab from Anderson, another shot lands after it. Martin just looks out of ideas, and like the gas tank is spent a bit. Anderson staying southpaw here. He doesn't have a great back hand from the stance, but it seems to be giving Martin no looks in, really. Martin eating shots right now. Anderson stalking. GOOD left hand late from Martin when Anderson pulls straight back again.

Jared staying southpaw. Hate to advocate for being dull but Anderson should probably just be happy with the points win here and stay smart, Martin still dangerous if you get silly trying to preserve a KO% that doesn't matter more than simply winning. Anderson back orthodox now about halfway in. And he is fighting smart. He's stalking and looking for a shot, but Martin's also not just gonna give it to him. 1-2 from Jared. Right hand again. Single shot that time. Lots of single shots. There's a little combination from Anderson, Martin covers up for most of it. Good right again, not flush but got there from distance. Anderson with more rights down the stretch, single shots. Martin lands a big left right before the end! He throws, but not enough time, and when the bell sounds, he gives Jared a little wink and a hug, and that respect is returned.
